When Carro imports your product into the Brand Directory, the product description and images that go along with it are transferred over.
Any additional variations or custom code on your product description page (PDP) won't port over when a retailer adds it to their store. This allows product descriptions and images to mesh seamlessly with the retailer's design.
Any custom code requests can be taken up directly between partners, but this can be time-consuming for both parties.
One workaround we suggest is for suppliers to duplicate the product in their Shopify, and add any missing information to the product's description. After doing this, ensure that these edited products are the only ones available to Carro retailers.
