As a Retailer, What Happens If I am Unresponsive When My Card Can’t Be Charged?

Retailers will be prevented from selling supplier products if, after 10 business days of trying, our systems are unable to bill the retailer’s card successfully.

For retailers that are inactive, inventory will be set to 0 for all Carro-powered products. At that point, all orders over 10 days old that are not paid for will be canceled.
