For Retailers: To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please contact support using the Intercom bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, or at email@example.com.
For Suppliers: There is only one Supplier plan available. As long as you qualify ($5,000/month order volume), you can always sign up to supply.
For Retailers: At any point, you have the ability to cancel your Carro subscription. If you cancel while your subscription is still active, you will have access to Carro for the remainder of the paid subscription period (if you lose access please contact support).
NOTE: Only the Shopify "Store Owner" is able to manage subscriptions.
1. Open Carro's Brand Partnerships from Shopify.
2. Click on the "Settings" tab in the bottom left-hand corner.
3. Select the "Subscription & Fee" tab within Settings.
4. Click "Cancel subscription".
5. Approve the change in Shopify *if prompted.
For Suppliers: The supplier plan is free - there is no way to cancel the free plan while using Carro.
If you'd like to stop supplying, please simply make all of your products Inactive to Carro. This will remove your products from any Retail partner stores and the Carro directory.
NOTE: Uninstalling will automatically cancel your subscription.
