Retailers are able to cancel orders that have not yet been sent to suppliers for fulfillment. If you need a time buffer to review orders before they are sent to suppliers for fulfillment, you can switch to delayed auto fulfillment or manual fulfillment, learn more HERE.

If an order has been sent to your supplier for fulfillment, you'll need to get in touch with them directly using the contact information in the My Partners tab to get the order canceled.

Please note, that retailers are able to refund an order at any point, even if the order has been sent to the supplier for fulfillment.
