Retailers are able to cancel orders that have not yet been sent to suppliers for fulfillment. (If you need a time buffer to review orders before they are sent to suppliers for fulfillment, you can switch to delayed auto fulfillment or manual fulfillment, learn more HERE.)

If an order has been sent to your supplier for fulfillment, you or your customer will need to get in touch with them directly to get the order canceled. You can use the contact information in your Partners tab.
