Customers can track supplier orders with the tracking numbers provided in their shipping confirmation. Just as any normal Shopify order, if suppliers include tracking information, it will be routed to the retailer and automatically included in any retailer emails sent to the customer.
To reiterate, tracking information is sent from the retailer to the customer on the supplier's behalf.
If a supplier does not include tracking information, please have the customer contact the supplier directly.
What happens if it's a mixed cart order?
The customer will receive separate emails with separate tracking information once the retailer and supplier fulfill their portions of the order. Regardless, all tracking emails still come from the retailer.
