Carro is meant to discover influencers who have a direct connection to your brand, so we don’t connect multiple Shopify accounts to a single Carro account. For each Shopify store, you’ll need to install Carro in order to use it with that store. 

However, we understand that a few merchants have multiple stores for the same brand and you may want to sync Carro across these stores. In order to connect all your data to Carro from multiple stores, you’ll want to export your customer and email lists from the other stores and upload them as CSVs to the Carro dashboard that you’d like to use.

Note: We only advise combining stores into a single Carro dashboard when they are extensions of the same brand. Combining dissimilar stores does not reveal influencers that are good matches for that store, generally.
